Gaggia UK have just introduced a new 'approved status' for it's top retailers. GoCoffee is proud to be acknowledged as an approved internet retailer by Gaggia UK. This is Gaggia UK's warning to customers

GoCoffee is proud to be recognised as a Gaggia approved internet retailer. This means that all Gaggia coffee machines, coffee makers and a accessories carry a full Gaggia UK return to base warranty.

Beware of unauthorised Web re-sellers

We are continuously being advised of Web stockists who are purporting to be authorised in the United Kingdom and Ireland to sell GAGGIA products. Beware of some of these retailers. They may sell products cheaper than nominated re-sellers but may not provide the service support required for the machines. They may provide only a basic European warranty provided by the manufacturer. We only support re-sellers who are nominated or authorised by us. We provide benefits to customers who purchase any GAGGIA product from our nominated and authorised re-sellers. The nominated and authorised re-sellers are on our web pages.

This initiative is in response to an influx of Gaggia coffee machines sold by non approved retailers suplying machines from Europe or the 'grey market'.

The advantage of buying with confidence from a Gaggia approved stockist is the after sales support you recieve. Not only do you have access to trained support staff, in the event of your machine requiring attention the cost of shipping and insurance back to Gaggia's workshops will be paid by Gaggia (current cost is £50 each way). Of course we hope that your machine will never require attention, but at least you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that if it does you won't be getting a bill and a nasty surprise.
