Beware of some of these retailers. They may sell products cheaper than nominated re-sellers but may not provide the service support required for the machines. They may provide only a basic European warranty provided by the manufacturer. We only support re-sellers who are nominated or authorised by us. Not only do you have access to trained support staff, in the event of your machine requiring attention the cost of shipping and insurance back to Gaggia's workshops will be paid by Gaggia (current cost is £50 each way).
