	The Gaggia XTWO is equipped with a touch sensitive display. This allows you choose your favourite coffee at the touch of a symbol. Not only does this make the XTWO very easy to use but also gives it a modern, contemporary look.
	Insta Steam means that there is no delay in steam production for milk frothing. Steam is instantly available because the X2 has two boilers. One which operates at coffee making temperature and one which operates at steam temperature.
	A simple touch on the display electrically raises or lowers the drip tray height. This means that the XTWO will accomodate both espresso cups and larger mugs at the optimum height to preserve the aroma and crema of your coffee.
	Touch2Cappuccino is a new patented technology which allows the Gaggia Cappuccino XTWO to make two cappuccinos or latte at the same time. Milk is stored within a container inside the machine, then drawn up, perfectly frothed and dispensed into your cup fully automatically.
	New Ceramic coffee grinder blades ensure a highly precise grind, which allows for perfect dosing. This gives more control over the density and body of your coffee. Ceramic coffee grinder blades also reduce residue left in the cup and are long lasting.
	The sophisticated brewing system of the XTWO allows control over the strength of the coffee on a per cup basis. Whether it's a dark strong ristretto or a tall mild Americano you gave complete control.
	The cups are gently illuminated by a soft light as you coffee is brewed, to enhance the exprience of making your own true espresso coffee.
	The X2 employs nantechnology to substantially facilitate the cleaning process. The properties of nanotechnology guarantee that all parts of the milk circuit are kept perfectly clean.
	Inside the water tank of the Gaggia XTWO can be found an Aqua Prima water filter. These replaceble cartridges remove impurites in the water which improves the coffee taste and protects your machine against damage due to limescale.
