Rocket Espresso - Giotto Evoluzione

Rocket Espresso of Milan have improved on the wonderful Giotto espresso machine by introducing the Giotto Evoluzione.

The Giotto Evoluzione is a professional quality, enthusiats coffee machine. This espresso machine is beautifully crafted from the finest materials to create not only a piece of engineering, but also an object of exquisite beauty.

Giotto Evoluzione will produce copeous amounts of steam and hot water thanks to it's large boiler and heat exchanger. Steam can be drawn while coffee is being brewed just like a commercial espresso machine. Ideal for home or small office you can use the Giotto Evoluzione to make espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte Amercano and all other a la carte coffees.

The machine is fitted with an E61 group head, which is 9lbs of brass with chrome plating. Water circulates through the group head and heat exchanger (thermosyphon) which keeps the group head and water circuit at optimum temperature. There are twin guages to measure both boiler and brew peassure. Water supply can be either from the tank or plumbed directly to the mains water supply.

While other manufacturers reduce their production costs with cheaper parts and cutting corners, Giotto is built with commercial grade components regardless of cost.
