Espresso

Espresso is the heart and soul of real coffee. Espresso coffee is not just the small black espresso coffee shot, it also refers to the espresso technique of coffee making. From a base espresso shot all other coffees are created, such as cappuccino, latte & Americano.

Espresso coffee machines are often refered to as pump machines. These coffee machines use the traditional method of espresso ground coffee held in a filter holder. The filter holder is then cranked into position in the group head, finally pump forces hot water under pressure through the ground coffee.
